The launch of Season 4 saw a bunch of new features forWarzone 2DMZ. While all new upgrades and Barter Recipes provide an added sense of progression for DMZ grinders, the inclusion of Urgent Missions provides an alternative way to progress through each faction - and skip some of the more difficult Faction Missions altogether. Although the methods for unlocking the Urgent Missions forWhite Lotus,Black Mous, andCrownare quite simple, thePhalanx Urgent Missionsare pretty hard to obtain.

In order to unlock the Phalanx Urgent Missions, you will need to fulfill two total requirements. The first is tocomplete theTier 2 Black Mous Story Mission: Icebreaker. The second requirement involvesextracting 3 bottles of Acetone, Cephalexin, or Hydrogen Peroxide. Unlike the first requirement, the second can prove to be quite a pain to complete - as all three items are currently quite rare.

Where To Find Acetone, Cephalexin, And Hydrogen Peroxide

Hidden Caches (Al Mazrah, Ashika Island, Vondel)

Acetone, Cephalexin, and Hydrogen Peroxide are currently some of the rarest items to come across in DMZ. Finding any one of these items may prove to be a difficult task - however, there are a few possible areas in which they can be found. The first method of obtaining them is throughopening hidden cachesaround Al Mazrah, Vondel, and Ashika Island. Hidden caches can be found all around the three main exclusion zones, and are currently one of the best ways to secure the items required to unlock the Phalanx Urgent Missions.

Hospitals & Medical Tents (Al Mazrah)

The second method of securing Acetone, Cephalexin, and Hydrogen Peroxide is bysearching hospitals in Al Mazrah. Though coming across all three items in hospitals is much rarer than finding them in hidden caches, they seem to yield the second-best spawn rate.

Acetone, Cephalexin, and Hydrogen Peroxide can also be found withinwithin the medical tents dotted around Al Mazrah. Again, all three items have the potential to spawn here - but the odds of you finding them here seems to be much rarer than in previous locations.

First Aid Kits (Koschei Complex)

The third method to obtaining Acetone, Cephalexin, and Hydrogen Peroxide is bysearching First Aid Kits within the Koschei Complex. Although First Aid Kits can be found within every major exclusion zone in DMZ, those within the complex seem to be the only ones where all three items can sometimes spawn - though these instances seem to be even rarer than all the previous locations.

Building 21

The final location where Acetone, Cephalexin, and Hydrogen Peroxide can befound is within Building 21. Although the Hospital portion of Building 21 is one area where these items spawn, you can also find them in areas like the Additional Offices.
