Although there has been very little information concerning the upcoming season, there have been several leaks, which indicate the direction ofFortnite. The theme of the coming update appears to be mythology, as reports have suggested that Chapter 5 Season 2 is codenamed Odyssey.
Even though nothing official has been announced, it is also believed that the next season will begin on June 03, 2025.

According to a recentleakposted to X, Chapter 5 Season 2 will include an Odyssey skin, which will be based on ranked competition, and a Brite Agent skin,which is a free “LEGO starter pack skin.” The post also includes two images of theFortniteskins, along with catch phrases attached to each outfit.
The Odyssey skin is a legendary item, and it declares, “It’s fine now. Why! Because I am here.” The Brite Agent skin will be an uncommon piece, and the description of the attire says, “Bold, brite, and ready for recon. Part of the Operation Brite set.”
If the aforementioned leak is accurate, the firstFortniteskin seemingly confirms a mythology themed season is on the way. And based on other information that has been uncovered, it seems there’s a good chance of this being true.

There is also a high chance based on recent leaks that Aang fromAvatar: The Last Airbenderwill make hisdebut appearanceinFortnite. If the information is true, this collaboration will feature a premium reward track and Appa inspired glider, among other great items.
