Utawarerumono: Mask of Truthanime announcement was made a long time back, and now we finally have its new anime video. Here’s all the information the promo video revealed.
The time is near for the release of the game-inspired anime series,Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth. The Japanese tactical role-playing visual novel by Aquaplus first aired for Play Station 4, Play Station 5, and Play Station Vita in September 2016. Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth is the third and final game of the franchise, while the other two games of the series are Utawarerumono: Prelude to the Fallen andUtawarerumono:Mask of Deception.
After the massive success of the game franchise, the announcement of its anime adaptation was made on October 19th, 2019. Then in November 2021, the studio revealed more information regarding the anime adaptation. Just recently, the new anime video ofUtawarerumono: Mask of Truthcame out, consequently making the fans wait for the anime’s release.
Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth Promotional Video Reveals New Information
The exact date for the anime’s release is not out, but it will indeed premiere in Japan in July 2022. As for the international fans, the anime will stream onCrunchyroll. There will be a total of 28 episodes to the series, with the first two episodes airing together.
In addition to the episode count and release month, other important information like cast and theme song is also out. The opening song “Hito Nanda” and the ending song, “Hyakunichisō,” are performed by Suara.
