TheStarfieldcommunity has been mockingBethesdaafter one player took to the game’s subreddit earlier today to show a glaring typo during the Ryujin questline. Despite the typo being highly amusing, some have said that it has left them “deeply nervous” for the studio’s next title,The Elder Scrolls VI.

Reddit userAusarMohatutook to the Starfield subreddit to share their discovery, saying that they were speaking to Barrett (one of the game’s NPCs) during the Ryujin questline and was greeted with the following dialogue option: “I don’t just corporations. Simple.” The Starfield community then came out in full force to meme on the error, but some found the typo to be more concerning than others.

The ship’s creator has even included a step-by-step tutorial.

The dialogue was likely supposed to state either, “I don’t trust corporations. Simple” or “I just don’t trust corporations. Simple.” But many were quick to mock the error in the comments section, with one user stating, “Well I hate to be contrary but.. I just corporations,” whilst another said, “But what if I do just corporations?” As you can imagine, the jokes went on and on.

Others took the error more seriously, with one user saying “This game makes me deeply nervous for TES6.” Now, we’re sure that a simple spelling mistake likely isn’t the cause for this user’s wariness of Bethesda’s next title, but it likely does have something to do with the game’s “mostly negative” review badge on Steam.

With almost 8,000 recent reviews, Starfield has been bombarded with negative user reviews in recent weeks. Although there’s no clear-cut reason for the mostly negative reviews, many of the most recent ones do mock the fact that Starfield managed to win Steam’s “most innovative gameplay” award.

The award was voted on by the community, but many believe Starfield’s win was nothing more than a simple troll. More details on Starfield’s questionable win can be found at the link below. Or, if you’re looking for anything and everything Starfield, check out ourfull walkthrough here.
