On the other side, the lady can be seen with anapkin, knives, spoons, andforks on both sides of the plate. However, she hasno wine bottleorany kind of foodin front of her. After observing the whole setup, you will need to get back to observing the table again. Look for chairs with similar arrangements in front of them. Before sitting on your chair, order Ashley to sit on the chair resembling the lady’s portrait.

To make it easier for you, Leon will need to sit on the first chair on the side of the lady’s portrait. On the other hand, Ashley must sit on the second-closest chair to the Serpent Head at the entrance of the Room, which is on the opposite side of the chair that Leon needs to sit on.

Once this is done, Leon and Ashley both need to ring the bell to unlock the cage containing the Serpent’s Head. Press the bell first, and Ashley will follow you to do the same. If the cage does not open, observe the portraits more closely and look for the correct chair.

If everything is done correctly, a cut scene will appear where Leon and Ashley both will press the bell together. It will unlock the cage containing the Serpent Head and enable the option to pick it up. Pick up the head and continue your mission of collecting the other missing heads.
