How To Invite Friends To Your Party
From the main menu, you can create a party composed of you and your friends. You’ll add party members with the social tab, located in the upper right-hand corner of the image above.
This will pull up your friends list. Click one of the open party slots to invite an available friend to join your lobby. If I want to play with my friend “Rob,” I’ll select them so they’re invited to my party. You can also invite people you’ve recently played with.

There’s more available than Quick Match when playing with friends inREMATCH. You can also create custom and private games to play with friends. This allows you to play not just with friends on the same team, but also against them.

It’s a far lower-stakes environment than playing against people in Quick Match or Ranked Play. Here’s how you can create a custom game in REMATCH.
Select the “Custom Game” option from the main menu to create your own custom game. This will take you to a new menu that lets you either create a new lobby or join a game with a game code.
When creating a custom match inREMATCH, you have several options at your disposal. You can choose the maximum number of players from each team between 0 and 5. You can also set the maximum number of spectators for the match between 0 and 5.
All custom games come with the option to create a game code, which will only allow players to join your custom matches if they have the code. They’re not required, as you can create a game without one, but it’s a nice way to make custom matches where only you and your friends can join in.
To join a custom game, make sure you get access to the game code from the host.
Keep in mind that you’re able to return to the main menu and participate in Freeplay while you’re in a custom match lobby.
