Pokemon Sleep - How To Get Evolution Items
Pokemon Sleep is full of items that players can use to evolve their Pokemon. Here’s how to get those items.
Keep Pokémon Energized
When you tap on a Pokémon, you will be given avariation of a smiley face. This is their energy level. If they don’t have much energy, it will either be a serious or frowning face. If you don’t restore their energy, the Pokémon won’t go out to find berries or help tofarm ingredients. There are various ways you can go about energizing your Pokémon.
Keep Them In Your Team At Bedtime
Go to the team menu and, where you can edit your team, you will see the energy level bar below each of the Pokémon. If you notice a Pokémon has little to no energy, you will want to have them in your team when you go to sleep, as this is how they restore their energy.
During the day, you may be tempted to take them out of your teamso you can find more ingredients. Just remember, at bedtime, put them back so their energy can be restored. Try swapping them out for your higher energized Pokémon.

If you want that particular Pokémon to be energized faster than waiting for bedtime, you could always fake your sleep data. In the main menu you’re able to add sleep data for however long you would like. The energy you restore might be a little less if you do it this way, but it is one way you can do it.
Youwon’t get a full rewardfor doing your sleep data this way, but you are told that you’ll get a small reward for the first sleep session logged during a day. Sleeping is also one way toevolve your Pokémonin this app.

Pokémon Abilities
Another way to restore their energy is through Pokémon abilities. If you go to one of your Pokémon skills, it may be random, but theremight be an “energizing” optionfor you to use. This will restore a set amount of energy to another Pokémon who will most likely be chosen at random.
You can also use energy restoringitems such as an energy pillow. Having a Pokémon in your party that has energy restoration or energizing cheer can help as it will energize a random Pokémon to recover 14 energy points.

Pokemon Sleep: How To Add Friends
Pokemon Sleep lets you check your friend’s Sleep Scores. Here’s how to add your friends to your game.
Keep Helper Pokémon Happy
Ensure you’regetting at least 8 hours of sleepto maximize happiness. If you feed a Pokémon a Poke biscuit first, you will have higher chances of increasing the friendship level 3 times quicker.
If a Pokémon comes into your camp hungry, the first cookie that you give it will have one of two outcomes. It will either be triple the amount of bonus,3 hearts instead of 1, or it will max out your friendship. To add a Pokémon to your party, you will need to have up to 5 hearts and to do this, use some of the various cookies in your inventory.

Overall, thehappiness and energy levels coincidewith one another. So long as you keep the Pokémon energized, they should remain happy. It obviously does help if you have a high friendship level with them as well, which you will need to add them to your party anyway. Don’t forget, while it is important to make sure your helper Pokémon are happy, don’t neglect taking care of Snorlax, as that’s the objective of the game. Luckily, you should be able to do both simultaneously.
