Finding The Black Marketeer
The Black Marketeer is a Vendor that can be found in set locations within the world. This elusive Vendor willsell special premium Pals, making the Black Marketeer a surefire way of getting your hands on some pretty powerful and useful Pals. The available Pals that the Black Marketeer has for sale will also refresh, meaning that their available stock changes over time. Another great thing about the Black Marketeer is that he willpurchase any Pal you sell to him, but the prices he offers aren’t exactly high.
The closest Black Marketeer you can find to the Plateau Of Beginnings islocated just west of the Desolate Churchfast travel point.
