To explain him in a few words would call for terms likeimpishandmischievous, judging how he is renowned in the comics for his unpredictable antics and wacky behavior.

Mxy is actually a Fifth Dimensional Imp created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, and his personality in the comics depicts him as a trickster. This is why he could have made the character stand out in the franchise.
