Lastly,contaminated plantscan be processed for acid, and you’re able to start a farm with them to passively farm acid with brewing barrels in later phases if you’re not able toget the Sulfur chemist specialization.

You can deploy Deviation generators in polluted areas or farm acid by extracting polluted water from the ground. You can also farm Stardust ores, which can be used to make Stardust sources with the Oil processing specialization.
However, due to the lack of animals, you must go to other spots to farm hides since youneed both heat and cold-resistant gear.
verify to have heaters in your territory to avoid getting Hypothermia since the area is pretty cold. Additionally, you can always grab a few Portable mixed fuel from nearby abandoned cars and refuel your bike for a few miles.

There aren’t many meta spots in the first phase for oil. However, my hive found this spot forextracting oil from underground veins. Since the spot is closer to the map of the Manibus scenario, Mitsuko’s dialogues consistently remind usnot to cross the boundary.So I recommend turning off the dialogue sound if you want to build here.
You get access to all sorts of Ores and plenty of meat for early game progression. You also get to farm Cold Crystal Ores that can be used to make Ice Crystals (Molecular Research Specialization) to get increased cold resistance.
The area, however, isn’t rich in flora, so you have to build a good farm. Besides that, you can go to the river nearby to collect dirty water and grab a few Portable Mixed fuels from abandoned cars' trunks.
Make sure to shift your hive’s bases fast to avoid people who put their camp to grief in spots

Eventually, you can trade Stardust ores with other players forStardust sources to calibrate your weaponsand armor.
The area is home to Seals, which can be slayed to obtain Sealskin, a hide that can be used to make cold-resistant armor. However, be aware of your surroundings since there’s a Chaosweaver spawn in the area, so it’s best to build your bases a few meters away from it.
Thermal tower changes are irreversible, so think through the changes that you want to activate.
