I don’t advise running a higher-difficulty Securement Silo or Monolith than your current build can handle, since you’ll be using more resources to clear it.

5World Events
Public crisis eventslike Dig To Hell, Paradise Lost, Operation Chiron, Close Encounter: Manibus, The Dark Side, and Where Does Disco Go? are ample sources of daily controllers and Energy links. you may click on the event to view the details and teleport to the location.
If you lack manpower,send the Combat invitationto the world chat, and people will show up.
In addition to those, you can do up to 5 mist events, which feature hordes of enemies that you can clear for rewards, including Deviations and Energy links.
Lastly,Primewars' cratesgive your Energy links, calibrations and extra materials like Barreled premium fuel.
You can get up to 3 controllers a day with Public Crisis Events.
4Story, Side Missions, and Commissions
The main story and side missions give you an insane amount of EXP once you complete them. You can also focus on finishing the Journey tasks to get some Starchrome, Energy Links, and Controllers.
Weekly commissions reward you with controllers, EXP, and Energy links. These quests may vary from taking a few pictures to slaying 20 Rosetta soldiers. Youcan reset the commissionson the commission board and pick the ones that align with your goals.
Commissions that require you to craft ammo or use activators can be completed just by playing the game.

3In-Game Trading Market
In my opinion,nothing beats in-game tradingregarding hoarding resources. One of the best ways to earn Energy Linksis to sell acidif you have the Sulfur Chemist specialization.
Each acid requires 50 Energy Links to craft, and depending on the server economy, you canset the selling price of acid to 65-75 Energy linksin your vending machine for other players.
Tools, ammo,food items, and dishes,along with unique items like Backpack expansion, can also be sold at the vending machines. One of the most popular items is calibrations. Depending on your server economy

2Unique Specializations
Specializations like Combo chipsets and Precious metal refining are very useful for one of your hive members. I recommendprioritizing the Precious metal refiningsince the Combo chipset consumes Electronic parts, which can be used to build facilities and Smart Tungsten AP ammo.
A combo chipset or, Gold ingot can be sold for 12,000 Energy links, whereas a Silver Ingot sells for 6,000 Energy links.
I advise farming Silver Ores and selling Silver Ignots, as Gold Ore can be used to craft Solar Drills, Ammo, and other unique items.

You can get up to 50,000 Energy Links from each Vendorin the Manibus scenario. With 5 Union Strongholds,you can get 250,000 Energy Links per week.If youdon’t have specializationslike the Combo Chipset or Precious Metal Refining, you can sell crafted ingots or materials that can be easily acquired.
One of the easiest ways to get Energy links from NPCs is to sell ingots made with Electric furnaces. With better Electric furnace buffs, you may mass produce low-tier Copper and Bronze ingots and sell them.
