One of Rockstar Games’ most iconic games, Red Dead Redemption, remained trapped on Xbox 360 and PS3 for years until backward compatibility made it available on the latest Xbox hardware. Then, in 2023, the game came to Nintendo Switch and PS4. After the debut of these respective versions, gamers demanded the studio to bring the classic title to PC, but Rockstar never responded.

However, Rockstar is finally fulfilling that request. It’s officially confirmed that Red Dead Redemption is coming to PC. Gamers can’t wait for the classic title to hit the shelves, and now believe it’s time for Rockstar to snatch PlayStation’s most iconic game and give it the PC port treatment.

The game’s PC port was crafted in collaboration with Double Eleven, who has also handled the development of PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions of the game for Rockstar. now port bloodborne to pc

Released right between the iconicDark Souls 2, andDark Souls 3, FromSoftware’sBloodbornenever received any sort of port or re-release beyond its PlayStation 4 version of the game. It’s been years since the release of the title, and it suffers from low framerates, and limited availability even though gamers have been begging Sony to give the title a revisit.
Even though FromSoftware and Hidetaka Miyazaki have shown interest in porting the game to PC,the problem is that Sony owns theBloodborneIP. Right from its release, it was supposed to be an exclusive for PlayStation 4.

Rockstar is known as a company that caters to its fanbase. Considering the hype aroundBloodborne‘s PC port, the studio could outright buy the rights from Sony and bring the game to PC just like the classicRed Dead Redemption. What’s even better is that this will unlock a new domain for the studio and expand its reach beyond the action-adventure genre. Let’s hope the Rockstar really considers this idea.
Bloodborne‘s Has Been Already Completed on PC
Back in July, one gamer started crafting an emulator dubbed ShadPS4and revealed that work had already kicked off to getBloodborneup and running on PC.
They had already managed to get the title’s screen running for the very first time. A few weeks later, the game was in a somewhat playable state, with various mod additions.

It seems like the gaming community has made massive moves to bring the Souslike title to a playable state. One player on the game’s PC port subreddit states that they’ve already managed to finish the title from start to finish without facing any kind of issues.
According to the Redditor, they managed to begin a playthrough with a new character and finish the game with the help of the ShadPS4 emulator. What’s even better is that they started the game’s DLC and accessed it without any trouble.

Sure, the game isn’t as smooth as on PS4, but there’s no doubt that this is amassive step towards gettingBloodborneon PCif Sony doesn’t want to do it itself. It’s going to be interesting to see how well the game’s unofficial port performs on PC in the upcoming months.
