Speaking onThe Kurt AngleShow podcast, Angle claimed he has attempted multiple times to get his footing in the MCU, revealing that he even ended up contactingKevin Feige, courtesy of his nephew-in-law.
Considering Bernthal wasalready associated with Marvel, thanks to his Netflix showThe Punisher, the Olympian champion succeeded in his quest to fetch Feige’s information. But despite reaching out to him, unfortunately, things didn’t go the former WWE icon’s way.
“I’ve tried many times. It’s not that easy. I ended up getting [Kevin Feige’s] contact information. I reached out to him and told him that I’d be interested in doing a Marvel movie, and he actually responded to me, but nothing ever came of it. I got it from my nephew-in-law, Jon Bernthal. He actually gave me his contact information. So I talked to him, but unfortunately, nothing has occurred since then.”
