Boruto Villain - Code

Code is stronger than Jigen, who took down Naruto and Sasuke at once. But with the new technique, Boruto proved to be a bigger threat to Code. The name of the new technique is Rasengan Uzuhiko. The technique is a form of Rasengan that uses the planet’s rotational powers to overpower his enemies. With Rasengan Uzuhiko, Boruto has surpassed Naruto Uzumaki as the strongest shinobi.

He can use three elemental releases and has the Jougan. Boruto also mastered the Flying Thunder God Technique and the Purple Lightning, and some fans even believed that he might have also learned the Sage Mode while training with Kashin Koji and the Toads. His Rasengan Uzuhiko is strong enough to overpower Code without using his Karma marks.

He would like to change the latter since it will help him to make allies. Even though situations are not in his favor, Naruto Uzumaki would be proud to see his son surpass him and become the strongest.
