It has been around six months since we got the official announcement forMob PsychoSeason 3. Well, after a long wait, we finally have some new information on the third season’s release date.
Studio Bones released the first season ofMob Psycho 100back in 2016, followed by the second season in 2019. Apart from that, the studio also released aMob PsychoOVA, which was well-received by the community. However, it has been a while since we’ve seen Shigeo back on our screens with his dominating psychic powers.
Earlier this year, the official Twitter account ofMob Psycho 100started a countdown toconfirmthat Season 3 of the anime series is in production. However, it was only an announcement trailer, so it was mostly scenes from the previous seasons ofMob Psycho 100. Along with that, the studio didn’t give us any release date for the third season. But as we slowly approach the Fall 2022 anime season, Studio Bones has come forward with more exciting information on the next season.
Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Gets a Release Date
On May 12th, 2022, Studio Bones confirmed that Season 3 ofMob Psycho 100would premiere in October 2022. The release date announcement was accompanied by a new trailer for the upcoming season. Unlike the first trailer, the new teaser gives us a glimpse of the next season’s story. It’s definitely exciting that we are only a few months away from witnessing the brilliance ofMob Psycho 100 once again.
