If this holds true, how did Shanks get a hold of the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika? ThisOne Piecetheory suggests Shanks was in cahoots with King Harald who maybe didn’t want Loki or the wrong person to get his hands on the real Devil Fruit.

Despite the multiple people claiming they’re the Sun God, Luffy might be the real Nika and there are several hints as to why. We all know Shanks stole the Devil Fruit from when the World Government captured it during a “special” voyage and how our protagonist ate it by accident. It was a fateful event that led to the great adventures inOne Piece.However, where exactly did the World Government find the Devil Fruit in the first place?

It was especially hard to find since their search took more than 800 years. The only place that could be tough for them to infiltrate and capture would be Elbaf, the strongest country in the world. In this particular theory, it also suggests King Harald wanted the Devil Fruit transported out of Elbaf on purpose and made a deal withShanks to hold it safein his possession.
Now we also know Loki has met the Red Hair Pirates and was imprisoned 6 years ago, conveniently the same time whenhe became an Emperor. Is it a coincidence or did Shanks also play a part in capturing Loki? Shanks’ involvement with Elbaf suggests the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika likely originated from the country and they didn’t want Loki to get his hands on it. The theory would only work if Loki’s Devil Fruit was a decoy or a copy.
Is Loki’s Devil Fruit A Copy?
Since the Sun God is closely related to Elbaf’s lore, the title might be bestowed to the strongest warrior in the country and Loki fits the description. However, it doesn’t explain why the Prince would go as far as to kill his own father for a Devil Fruit, only to get the wrong one. The only explanation isKing Harald got his hands on a copy,similar to how Momonosuke’s Devil Fruit is an artificial one.
