Elbaf is Shanks’ territory and Luffy has arrived on the island and has immediately come across the most controversial figure. One PieceFan Theory Suggests Luffy Taking Over Elbaf
Luffy has arrived on Elbaf and is currently engaged in a conversation with Loki. We know that Loki was tied for committing heinous crimes, and fans are speculating that Luffy will untie him, potentially leading to a fight. While Luffy usually doesn’t fight without valid reasons, the same can’t be said about his potential opponent, who is chained due to his problematic deeds.

This theory is plausible, but considering how much Luffy admires Shanks, he might face some emotional difficulties in sparring with Shanks seriously. At the same time, he’s not someone who would allow anyone to hurt his allies, like Bartolomeo in this case. What lies ahead will undoubtedly be difficult for Luffy, but we should also prepare ourselves for heartbreaking developments.
