With the beginning of 2025, the excitement ofOne Piecelive-action season 2 has also increased as the series has finished with the filming and will most likely get a release date within this year. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the second season since 2023, as it will portray one of the most significant storylines from the original narrative.
This significant storyline is the Alabasta Saga which introduces many important characters, including Portgas D. Ace, Crocodile, Tony Tony Chopper, and Nico Robin. Out of all the much-awaitedOne Piececharacters, the one that fans have been most excited about is probably Nico Robin, who will be played by Lera Abova in the live-action adaptation.
Recently, a post was shared on the internet where Abova was seen posing like Nico Robin, which proves why she is the perfect actor to play the role of the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates inOne Piece. While she might not have much screen time this season, her significance in the central storyline cannot be underestimated.

While most of the fans were excited to see Abova do justice to the role of Nico Robin,there were some controversiesconsidering the creators’ decision to choose Abova. However, it looks like Abova might have shushed all those controversies by posing just like Nico Robin in a recent picture. This picture was shared by @OP_Netflix_Fan on X.
In the picture, Abova is seen striking the iconic Nico Robin pose, which she uses to activate her Devil Fruit attack called Mille Fleur, which translates to Thousand Flowers.

The similarities between the two prove that Abova is the perfect choice to play the role of Nico Robin in the upcoming season ofOne Piecelive-action.

AsOne Piecelive-action season 2 will only cover the Alabasta sagauntil the Logue Town arc, it is safe to say that Abova might not have much screen time in the upcoming series.
