Kana Akatsuki candidly shared her sentiments after watching Episode 8 of the anime adaptation ofViolet Evergarden, which drew much critical acclaim. Akatsuki openly admittedduring the interview, that there were times, she felt miserable for not having a perfect anime adaptation as she initially envisioned. However, by viewing each episode, Akatsuki’s skepticism melted away.
