Like it or not, we didn’t have that dramatic split, and we love each other. I’m sincere when I say that I cherish our friendship. We can not be together and still bring each other joy and friendship. It would be a loss if we weren’t in contact, for me personally.
While tabloids had everyone believing that Aniston and Theroux had divorced over not agreeing on a place to settle down, the actor shut those down. He stated,“That’s just not the case. It’s an oversimplification.”After all, the former couple kept their friendship going with the 53-year-old admitting,“We don’t talk every day, but we call each other. We FaceTime. We text.”

They continued that the actress had been focusing on herself by going to therapy and addressing the issues she believed needed to be evaluated.
