The last few months have been exhausting and traumatizing for actor Jonathan Majors as he faced his domestic abuse trial. He was accused of alleged assault and harassment by his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. Various pieces of evidence were shown in court which reveal some dark and disturbing instances during their relationship.
Majors was found guilty of reckless assault in the third degree, and harassment in the second degree last year. In December, Majors was convicted on the charges of reckless assault in the third degree, and harassment in the second degree (viaPeople). He spoke for the first time after his conviction toGood Morning America, where he denied ever hitting Jabbari during the car incident. However, he revealed that he regretted being in that car, as that became the syncope of the chaos that led to his conviction. He said,
“That did not happen…I have no question…I shouldn’t have been in the car. I shouldn’t have stepped out of the relationship. I shouldn’t have been in the relationship. If I’m not in the car, none of this is happening, if I leave this relationship none of this is happening”

His sentencing is due to take place on July 20, 2025, and he could face a year in prison. Further bad news came forth recently for the actor asJabbari filed a civil lawsuit, suing him for alleged battery, assault, and defamation during 2021-23.
