In his interview withIGN, Kirkman explained Angstrom Levy’s extent of powers and his ability to traverse through different dimensions. At this point, he revealed they are still exploring the multiverse, which could also be taken as a hint on his upcoming plans for the franchise.
“I think if Angstrom Levy’s the backbone villain, I think that that’s his core story. I don’t think that we lean on it too heavily, and I also want to stress that we’re exploring the multiverse in a much different way. I think that there’s no end of movies and TV shows that are exploring that right now.”
In Season 2, viewers will follow theantagoniston his journey as he tries to utilize this power in ways that would possibly get corrupted over time. This is expected to put Angstrom Levy in a clash with the characters ofInvincible.
On another note, Kirkman is very much open to getting a faithful animated adaptation ofThe Walking Dead, though he does not know what AMC might think of the idea.
