But it might be changing soon, as a new report suggests thatFortnitemay be getting a crossover with the anime in the future.

The leak comes from renowned leaker Nick Baker, aka“Shpehal Nick,”via the Rumor Mill segment of theXboxErapodcast. Nick stated that he has been handed over the“motherlode”of leaks about the collaborations coming to the game, and the biggest of them isOne Piece.
Nick has been accurate about some of his previous leaks, such as theTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtlescollaboration, but players are advised to take this with a pinch of salt for now. The leaker did not reveal any other information about the collaboration, such as if it will only bring character skins like theNarutocrossover did or if it will also have gameplay changes.

One Pieceis undoubtedly the biggest anime show in the world, and its coming to the game will be a big deal. The manga, anime, and live-action adaptation have seen tremendous success, and the collaboration will only boost its popularity.

Any timeline for the arrival of the crossover was also not shared, meaning that there is still time before players get to play as Luffy and the gang. Nick also shared some other collaborations that might grace the game in the future, and they have some exciting mentions.
Along withOne Piece, Nick Baker also mentioned some very exciting names that might collaborate with the game sometime. The leaker mentioned Doc Ock fromSpider-Man,Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, He-Man and Skeletor from theMasters of the Universefranchise, andPeacemaker.
Moreover, Robin fromBatman, Magneto, Colossus, and Cyclops fromX-Men, andThe Fantastic Fourare also rumored to arrive in the game. The mention of so many Marvel crossovers isn’t surprising and may happen given that Disney has recently invested in Epic Games and will bring several new experiences to the game.
