For thosePokemon GOplayers who love to complete research tasks, boy do I have good news for you.
Niantic has decided that with the ongoing Fashion Week event, they will bless players with not one, not two but three different pieces of Timed Research and Research Stories - including the continuation of the Season of Mischief’s “Misunderstood Mischief” event.
As with all of these events, there’s a myriad of different tasks to complete, some of which that are easier than the others.
To help you out, here’s how and when you can complete the “How to Use 5 Supereffective Charged Attacks” during thePokemon GOFashion Week.
Where is this task and what does it reward?
This task can be found in theFashion WeekEvent-exclusive Timed Research as part of the second step.
It will reward players with a Mareep encounter and is one of three tasks required for step two, which in turn rewards a Butterfree encounter, 1000 xp and 10 PokeBalls.
How To Use 5 Supereffective Charged Attacks in Pokemon GO
One of the first steps you need to know is which types are supereffective against other types inPokemon GO.
Niantic haspreviously sharedthe below type chart, which you would do well to know.
Once you know your plan, it’s time to head into a battle in the game.
There are a few different places you can use Charged Attacks, but Gym Battles and Raid Battles are the easiest, as you can be sure which Pokemon you’ll be coming head to head with.
Once in battle, it’s simply a case of using a Pokemon that has Supereffective moves against the opposition and building enough energy to use a charged attack.
Your charged move is the one at the bottom, as displayed in the image below:
You’ll need to use 5 of these supereffective charged attacks in battles to complete the research.
