The Lantern Rite Festival entered its final phase inGenshin Impact, with the last riddles of the Wondrous Shadows and Lantern Riddles sub-event, here’s how you may solve them.

Lantern Riddles 7, 8 and 9 are highly difficult and I honestly couldn’t solve any of them within the time limit before the hint appears. What I recommend doing is purposefully waiting for the time limit to end to check out the hint and the Riddle Progress bar at the bottom left. Once you’re close to solving the puzzle, the Riddle Progress bar will start displaying your completion rate % of the puzzle. This will make these final Riddles easier to solve.
7th lantern riddle solution
Puzzle 7 is actually a Deer, it’s the adepti Moon Carver. See the shadow’s final form in the screenshot below. You have two Segments to move, together with the Full Image.
I honestly doubt most players will get close to the solution before the time limit ends seeing how precise these final riddles are. As always, make sure you’ve made each Segment of the shadow face the correct side of the screen, or you won’t complete the riddle.
8th lantern riddle solution in Wondrous Shadows
The 8th puzzle is actually the image of a Blooming Flower. There are two Segments to move here as well, alongside the Full Image. See the screenshot below for the final result.

9th lantern riddle solution
The 9th and final lantern riddle turns out to be a Crane, it’s Cloud Retainer. This one is extremely complicated with 3 different Segments to move alongside the Full Image.

Wondrous Shadows final rewards
Note that you only get Mora, Mystic Enhancement Ore, and Hero’s Wit for solving the three last riddles.You don’t get any Primogems or Affluence Talismans.
So if you can’t manage to solve these riddles it’s fine to just give up. Though I definitely recommend doing them as even if you’re a veteran player, Hero’s Wit and Mora are resources you’ll always need. Mystic Enhancement Ore, not so much, as you can just forge them.
