Living inRedfallis not a very pleasant experience when there are armies of Vampires roaming the streets, blotting out the sun. That’s why it’s important to findthe little ways you’re able to brighten things upand make life just a bit less dreary. For many of us, trips to the theater and the ample amounts of popcorn often consumed would certainly qualify.

The Intermission Snack mission, then, seesyour chosen characterwanting torepair a broken popcorn machinein the Fire Stationto help bring some kind of good to the citizens who are trapped there. Here’s how to complete the quest and do just that.
How To Start The Intermission Snack Mission
You can start the mission when you are visiting the Fire Station, as soon as you’ve completed the Two Birds One Stone story mission (though it’s also accessible later in the game). When that mission ends, it asks you to return to the Fire Station for more orders, and when you get there,you will finda broken popcorn machine in the basement of the station.
Approach the machine and you will find a note attached to the shelf next to it. It states that, in order to fix it,you need a Popcorn Machine Repair Kit(unsurprisingly). There aren’t any here in the station, though, so you’ll have toventure out to the Overton Theaterto get one.

How To Complete The Intermission Snack Mission
The Overton Theater is in the downtown area of the map, to the southeast of the Fire Station. There will be a marker on your map that you’re able to set a Ping for to help guide you. It won’t be a long walk (which is a blessing in Redfall’s often overlarge world), and when you get there, you will find quite a few enemies inside the theater, including a big named Vampire that you will need to take out.
You can find her either upstairs or in the basement, andshe is a Shroud Vampire, meaning that she can sink into the floor, use a shadow wall to protect herself, and launch damaging purple orbs at you. She won’t go down easily, so make sure you are stocked up on health items and just keep firing away at her health bar. Eventually, she will be defeated and the theater will be safe.
It is important to note thatyou don’t have to clear out the theaterin order to finish the mission, but since you’re there, you might as well make it as safe as possible.
Now to find the repair kit. Starting from the main entrance area of the theater, find the stairs on the right side and head down. You will come to a locked door, which you can ignore, and turn to your left. Head around the corner, andyou will find the Popcorn Machine Repair Kit on a shelf next to another such machine. Grab it and head back to the Fire Station.
Once you’re there, you will find the machinehas been moved to the main area of the Fire Station, and you just need to interact with the blue glowing machine on the table to get it up and running.That’s another Redfall mission complete!
As a reward, you will be given 800 Experience Points, as well as a source of food that you can useto regain some healthwhenever you come by.
