In the Astronomy Wing, you’ll find a lot of classrooms for popular classes, includingDefense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration, and more. The area holds some of the most scenic locations inHogwarts Legacyas well, especially at the top of the Astronomy Tower where you can take a look at the stars.
Hogwarts Legacy: The Great Hall Field Guide Pages
If you’re looking to find all 24 Field Guide Pages in The Great Hall of Hogwarts Legacy, use our guide to locate them all.
The Astronomy Wing has a total of 23 Field Guide Pages, with some being cleverly hidden. To save some time in your search, we will go over the location of each page in the area and how you can acquire it.
Hogwarts Legacy

Revelio Pages
For Revelio pages, all you will need to do isuse the Revelio spellto make the page appear in front of you. This is the most common type of Field Guide Page, with atotal of 12 in the Astronomy Wing.
Tapestry Of Barnabas The Barmy
This Field Guide Page is the giant, moving tapestry on the opposite side of theRoom of Requirement. To reach this spot, use theAstronomy Tower Floo Flame and make your way down the staircase.You’ll notice the tapestry on the left side of the first hallway.
Dark Tower Cell
This page can be found just outside Professor Ronen’s office. Arrive at theCharms Classroom Floo Flame, and make your way inside the classroom. Just on the left, there will be a spiral staircase up to Professor Ronen’s office. UseAlohomorato open it up, and then proceed up the staircase. When you arrive outside, there will be alocked metal door on your left.Use Level 2 Alohomora, and then you’ll find the Field Guide Page after using Revelio.
Serpentine Beast Window
First, start at theDefense Against The Dark Arts Tower Floo Flame.Head down the wide staircase here, and then take a right. Take the stairs on the right one more time, and you’ll find the stained-glass windowwith a small globe in front of it.
Pungent Passage
To reach this area, head to theWest Tower Floo Flame.Make your way down the staircase in the room and into the hallway. Towards the middle, use Revelio to find the page.
Painting Of Illyius
Start at theTransfiguration Courtyard Floo Flame,and then head through the double doors just beside it. You’ll notice a small incline on the right side of the room, and when you make your way up here, you’ll find the painting just ahead.
Boggart Closet
You can find this page inthe room just next to the Painting of Illyius.The door will have two talking Gargoyles outside, and you’ll be able to unlock it using Alohomora. Then, head to the back of the room and use Revelio to grab the page.
Astronomy Telescope
Use theAstronomy Tower Floo Flameand head up the stairs to the left. Follow the path all the way up until you reachthe top of the Astronomy Tower.Make your way over to the small, circular observation area with a giant telescope attached to the building. You can use Revelio in front of here to get the page.
Hebridean Black Skeleton
Take theDefense Against the Dark Arts Classroom Floo Flameand head inside. At the back of the classroom, head up the stairs to reach the top, but don’t go into the office. Instead, use Revelioon the skeleton on the ceiling to grab the page.
Alchemy Class
Head to theTransfiguration Classroom Floo Flame,and proceed through the double doors on the left. Make your way down the staircase and head through the doorway on the right to enter into the Dungeons. You’ll want to reach the very bottom, and then turn right. Go down this hallway andmake your way to the doorway at the end.Use Revelio on the entryway to get your page.
Wyvern Fountain
Go to theTransfiguration Courtyard Floo Flameto reach this page. Head to the right, where you’ll find a group of students standing around a fountain with a statue in the middle. Use Revelio to reveal the page.
Partial Transfiguration
Start at theTransfiguration Classroom Floo Flameand head inside. To the left in the classroom, you’ll notice a house elf on the floor. Use Revelio in front of this area to get the page.
Augurey Skeleton
Head to theDefense Against the Dark Arts Tower Floo Flame.Go down the staircase just ahead, and turn right. Keep heading forward until you notice askeleton in a glass case.Use Revelio to find the page here.
Hogwarts Legacy: Library Annex Field Guide Pages
There are over 150 field guide pages for you to find in Hogwarts Castle. This guide will show you were to find all of them in the Library Annex.
Lumos Pages
Lumos Field Guide Pages require you to discover a mirror with a hidden image. This will show you exactly where the moth is located, which you will need tobring back to the mirror using Lumos.
Astronomy Tower Top Floor
Start by heading to theAstronomy Tower Floo Flame.Follow the stairs to the left ofthe Floo Flame, where you’ll reach a small room with a fireplace. On the left side, you’ll notice a mirror where you can use Lumos to illuminate the location of the moth. Head up the stairs behind you until you reach the very top of the Astronomy Tower outside.The moth will be on the left, perched on a blackboard.
Defense Against The Dark Arts Tower Mirror
You can find this mirror just across from theDefense Against the Dark Arts Tower Floo Flame.To locate the moth, head through thehallway to the left of the Floo Flame.Turn right, and then head up the staircase to the next floor. Then, turn left, and you’ll arrive in the open area just outside of Professor Fig’s Classroom. The moth will beagainst one of the pillarson the right side of the room.
West Tower Room
Start at theWest Tower Floo Flame.You’ll notice a large painting of a Centaur on the left, with a moth on it. Use Lumos, and then head down the staircase on the eastern side of the room. Follow down the hallway, andyou’ll spot a mirror on the left side.Place the moth here, and you’ll get your Field Guide Page.
Incendio/Confringo Pages
IncendioandConfringoField Guide Pages require you tolight up a brazier using one of the two fire-starting spells.The page will then appear in front of you, or you can use Accio to bring it closer.
Brazier Near To Professor Fig’s Classroom
Head toProfessor Fig’s Classroom Floo Flame,and make your way left down the small hallway next to the bathroom with a chest. Just in front, you’ll noticea brazier on the wall.Use Confringo to light it up from afar, and grab the page using Accio.
Room Underneath Astronomy Tower
Start at theAstronomy Tower Floo Flame.Then, head up the stairs to the left until you reach the very top of the Astronomy Tower outside. To the right, you’ll notice asmall stairwell allowing you to reach the hidden room underneath.Down here, there will be a brazier you can use Incendio on to get your page.
Alchemy Class Ceiling
Make your way to theTransfiguration Classroom Floo Flameand head through the first double doors on your left. Follow the staircase down to the doorway on the right. Follow the path until you reach the bottom, and then you’ll want to turn right into the next hallway. Go through the door at the very back of the room to reach the Alchemy Classroom, and thenturn around and look towards the ceiling at the entrance.You’ll notice a brazier that you may light up with Confringo, and then use Accio to grab the page.
Hogwarts Legacy: Hogsmeade Field Guide Pages
There are over 50 field guide pages to find in Hogsmeade. This guide will show you where to find them.
Accio Pages
To obtain Accio Field Guide Pages, you’ll want touse the Accio spell to bring a floating page down from the area.Usually they are high up and towards the ceiling, so you’ll have to search each area thoroughly to find them.
Lounge Area Outside Charms Classroom
Head to theCharms Classroom Floo Flame.Right in here, you’ll notice the lounge area just ahead where students can relax and study. A page will be floating above this area.
From theAlchemy Classroom where you grabbed the last Incendio page,head down the hallway to the left. In the next room, you’ll find the page floating around on the left near to the locked doors.
Levioso Pages
With Levioso Field Guide Pages, you’ll find statues around the campus holding a sphere.Usethe Levioso spellto float the sphere, and the Field Guide Page will appear in the statue’s place.
Dungeons Locked Door
In theDungeons room where you found the last Accio page,head to the first metal door on the left that is locked. Use Alohomora on it, and thenenter into the frog’s mouth.In the next room, a statue will be here that you can use Levioso on to receive your page.
Astronomy Tower Bottom Floor Outside Defense Against The Dark Arts Tower
Begin at theDefense Against The Dark Arts Tower Floo Flame.Head down the hallway on the right and down the spiral staircase. At the bottom of this room, there will be a statue holding a sphere. Use Levioso and the page will appear.
Transfiguration Courtyard Statue
Make your way to theTransfiguration Courtyard Floo Flame,and then go behind you to thearea with an overhang.To the left, you’ll spot the statue that you can interact with using Levioso to reveal the page.
