Overpowering Ormstunga
This creature is possibly the fastest enemy in the game. What it lacks in power, it makes up for in raw speed. It’s able to get away from Kratos very quickly.Ormstunga will trike and retreat over and over again, wearing you down over time. You’ll need to be on your toes during this fight.
Poison Spit
Once in a while, this little beast will spit poison at you. This is a normal attack, meaning it can be blocked with your shield.Be sure to block or get out of the way before you become poisoned.
Tongue Lash
This is a yellow-ringed attack, and it happens very quickly. Ormstunga will whip its tongue around, striking at you twice. This attack cannot be blocked or interrupted, but you can parry it by raising your shield at the right time.If you’re successful, you can use this moment to work in a few hits.
Spinning Strike
Ormstunga will occasionally jump into the air with a spin and a yellow ring. When you see the yellow ring, be ready to get that shield up. You can parry this attack, but you can’t block or interrupt it.If you pull off a successful parry, be sure to get in a few strikes while the creature is vulnerable.
Vicious Leap
The small creature will occasionally lunge at you. This move will be highlighted by a red ring. You cannot block, parry, or interrupt this attack. Your only option is to dodge out of the way.Unfortunately, Ormstunga is so fast that it will be difficult to avoid the rapid attack.
