The quest involves sealing six rifts by surviving against large mobs of enemies. It’s a real button masher and a fun side activity for players that enjoy God of War Ragnarok’s expansive combat.

How To Unlock Hel To Pay

This quest is a pretty straightforward one. It’s given to you during the events ofChapter 12: Reunionand begins when Kratos and Atreus/Freya encounter some Hel-Tears in a swarm of Hel-Walkers. The appearance of Hel-Walkers are a result of freeing Garm in the events of Reunion, so you’re basically left with a multi-realm cleanup job. There aresix Hel-Tears to seal, but luckily the first encounter with this Favor will end with sealing two Hel-Tears in the same mission. Therefore, you’re left with a much easier and far more convenient duty.

The rewards for this Favor are worth the investment. For each Hel-Tear, you’ll be given aFrozen Spark. Combining six Frozen Sparks will grant you theFrozen Flame, a special upgrade that can be forged toKratos' Leviathan Axe.
