Genshin Impact 1.4 Update is all set to arrive on 17th March. Apart from theVenti banner rerun and the introduction of a new character, Rosaria,there are several other changes that have been introduced to the game. Quite notable of all is the introduction of the dating sim in the game which fans are eagerly looking forward to. The update will also mark the beginning of the Windblume festival in Mondstadt. During 1.3, the seasonal event featured the Lantern Rites Festival in the Liyue region. While miHoYo has announced a lot of details around the update, it is expected that a few more changes will make their debut in the update.
Genshin Impact 1.4 Leaks - Artifact Ascension Items Changed in 1.4 Update
It’s been rumored for a while now that Artifact ascension items will be introduced in the 1.4 Update. As of now, players need to break down other artifacts in order to upgrade their artifacts. However, with the 1.4 Update, it is speculated there will be items exclusively available to upgrade your artifacts. Here are the various artifact ascension items that were leaked earlier.
Now it seems like two of the artifact ascension items have been changed. According to popular Genshin leaker

“>Honey, two artifact ascension items have been changed to artifact EXP items. This means that we will now be getting two artifact enhancement materials that will award artifact experience points when used. These include the Sanctifying Unction which will reward with 2,500 EXP and Sanctifying Essence which will reward with 10,000 EXP. As of now, there are no details available on how we can obtain these items, but with the 1.4 Update being just a few days away, we should know about it pretty soon.
