While it only launched just under two weeks ago,Borderlands 3is already off to an incredible start witha massive five million units soldin its first few days, giving us an idea that fans have waited quite a while for the next installment in the series. However, if you can’t get enoughBorderlands, there’s plenty more where that came from with a huge drop of concept art that shaped the direction of the long-awaited third installment in the series.

Gearbox Software released a huge collection of concept art, renders, and more from the development ofBorderlands 3, which for fans of the series should be a treasure trove of behind-the-scenes looks at the third main chapter of the series.

The full concept art gallery is available on an official ArtStation pagecreated by Gearbox, and features dozens of sketches, illustrations, renders, and more with weapons, character models, and other pieces created by the Gearbox art team during the game’s development. While some of what is shown obviously didn’t quite make it into the final game (or seems to have been changed drastically since it was first made), the collection is still an interesting destination for fans of the series that want to see howBorderlands 3evolved over the several years that it was in development.

Borderlands 3is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. For more on the game, you can read our full reviewfor our thoughts on whatBorderlands 3brings to the long-running franchise.
