It is a year of big goodbyes for fans of Netflix shows. Two of the most popular shows on Netflix and across streamers,Stranger ThingsandSquid Game, are wrapping up in 2025. Fans will also miss other favorite shows likeCobra Kaiwhich began streaming episodes of its final season in 2024.

Most of the shows in this list will leave with a proper ending. Hopefully, Netflix won’t cancel as many shows as it did in 2024. However, there is speculation among fans that shows likeFUBAR,The Recruit, andSupacellmight get the axe from the streamer in 2025.

9Cobra Kai

The last batch of episodes of the three-partCobra Kaifinale will drop on Netflix on February 13. The creators decided to split the sixth and final season of the series into three parts of five episodes each. The first part debuted in July 2024, while the second set dropped in November.

Big Mouthfirst debuted in 2017 and quickly became a fan favorite. 6Heartbreak High

This teen drama comes all the way from Australia and is a soft reboot of the 1994 series of the same name. It premiered in 2022 and was renewed for a second season the following month.Season 2ofHeartbreak Highpremiered in April 2024. A third and final season is set to be released this year.

The ensemble cast of youngsters in the series includes Ayesha Madon, Thomas Weatherall, Bryn Chapman Parish, and Asher Yasbincek. They play students at Hartley High who navigate their teen life, exploring romance and even some serious themes like racial tensions.

Wanda Sykes co-created and starred in this sitcom which also co-stars Mike Epps and Kim Fields.The Upshawsfirst debuted in May 2021 and was renewed for a second season, which was released in two parts of eight episodes each in June 2022 and February 2023 respectively.

Created and written by Charley and Vlas Parlapanides,Blood of Zeusfirst premiered on Netflix in 2020. Formerly titledGods & Heroes, the animations of the series were done by South Korean studios Mua Film and Hanho Heung-Up.

A second season of the adult animated show premiered in May 2024 and a third and final season will be released in 2025. The series centers around Heron, the demigod son of Zeus, who tries to save Olympus and Earth.

Penn Badgley‘s love-it-or-hate-it serial killer drama returns to Netflix for a final showdown in 2025. The fifth and final season ofYouwas announced in March 2023 but the production took longer than expected with the Hollywood strikes in between. One of the streamer’s flagship series is coming to an end.Stranger Thingswill end its highly anticipated run after five seasons. The series received record viewership and became one of the most popular shows ever.
