Maybe Tom Holland/Spider-Man could appear once in Born Again, but I believe Spider-Man 4 should be a standalone adventure.
The whole allure of the Netflix characters being in the MCU is to see them interact with everyone. Peter working alone in SM4 fits his current arc.

Rumors state that the MCU might not consider Jon Watts for the upcoming flick. Drew Goddard is reported to be the potential captain of the ship. Some other rumors state that Ant-Man might also join the flick alongside Spider-Man and Daredevil.
