Last night, Golden Joysticks Awards 2022 officially announced Elden Ring as its Ultimate Game of the Year winner for this year, in presence of close competitors such asGod of War: Ragnarok,Horizon: Forbidden West,Bayonetta 3,Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Neon White, and a few other titles.

There is no doubt that Elden Ring is one of the most stellar titles of this year, and we can’t really argue about it as the game took the world by storm even months after its launch. Golden Joysticks Awards chooses the winners based on the public votes, and according toGamesRadar, millions of votes were cast this year, which resulted in a massive win for Elden Ring in four different categories.
