Elden Ringplayers want to face Malenia, the toughest boss in the game, but locating her can be a bit tricky if you don’t know where to go.
If you want to take on Malenia, you will need to follow the same path as getting to the Consecrated Snowfield. This area cannot be accessed until you have reached a certain point in the game, which is after defeating Morgott, the Omen King.
Elden Ring: How To Get The Mimic Tear Spirit Ash
The Mimic Tear spirit ash is perhaps the most powerful available in Elden Ring. Make sure you don’t miss this one as you explore Nokron.
The reason for that is that you need to have theMountaintop of Giantsunlocked to access this location. The area is pretty high-level as well, so there is no point going there early anyway. Once again, to get to theConsecrated Snowfieldregion, you will need to get both parts of the Haligtree Secret Medallion.

Haligtree Medallion
The first part of the Medallion can be found in Castle Sol, in the Mountaintop of Giants. This is the hardest part of getting to the location since it is a very high-level area. Once you reach Castle Sol, you will be facing Commander Niall, who is a very very strong boss in Elden Ring. In fact, some consider it the toughest boss in the game as well. After defeating the boss, you may get access to the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Left).
To get the second part of the medallion, you will need to visit theVillage of Albinauricsin the South Liurnia region. This area has a boss fight as well, but you can avoid it. Once you reach the area, you need to hit a pot. An NPC will come out of that pot and then give you the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right). Once you have both of these, you Grand Lift of Rold. Make your way through Ordina, Liturgical Town, and light the four fires to open the magical barrier. You will then reach Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree, where you can take on Malenia.
How To Get To Malenia, Blade Of Miquella
Once you are in Haligtree, follow the path on the branch tree until you reach the first boss in the region, Loretta. After defeating this boss, you can directly head toward Malenia’s location, which is a pretty long path.
The video above showcases the path from the site of grace you unlock after beating Loretta. Following this path will lead you to Malenia, Blade of Miquella, but we strongly suggest you have enough Crimson Flask, and rest at every new site of grace that you discover.
While we skip almost every explorable area to show you to fastest path to Malenia, the location known as Elphael is indeed worth exploring, as there is some valuable loot to collect, including theCleanrot Knight Finlay Ashes.
