Trying to get a relic with three useful bonuses can often seem like a bit of an impossible task inElden Ring Nightreign. The sheer randomness and number of combinations make the probability of you getting that perfect drop rather unlikely.
Of course, FromSoftware likely knew this and, as such, added a story-driven way to get powerful relics that will always be useful as you progress through the game.

Elden Ring Nightreign: Best Legendary Weapon For Each Nightfarer
Confused with all the Legendary Weapons available in Elden Ring Nightreign? This guide will help you select the perfect one for your run!
Simply by following the journal entries of the Nightfarers and playing many expeditions, you’ll end up earning some fantastic relics as Remembrance rewards oras drops from defeated Nightlords. These are some of the relics you’re going to want to prioritise from the get-go!

I’m only including named relics in this list, due to the randomness of normal relic rewards. The Collector Signboard relics, while having fixed effects, don’t have unique sprites or names.
10Stone Stake
A Stone Stake That Opens A Sealed-Away Lock
One of the most important things about finding a relic that you’ll want to use for a while is whether it changes the effects of your skills. While it may be tempting to take something that gives stats like +3 vigor or endurance, they are only useful for the early game. These effects fall off very fast.
The Stone Stake for Guardianchanges the whirlwind ability to last a lot longer, and constantly stuns any normal-sized NPC that gets trapped within it. The ability will now pull them towards the centre like a kind of gravity well, instead of flinging them up into the air.

This allows your team to whale on the enemies, and for you to hit them all at the same time with sweeping heavy attacks with your halberd. The cooldown reduction is nice too, so you can use your ability more often.
9Slate Whetstone
A Precious Sharpening Stone Mined In Limveld
This may be one of the first unique relics that new players receive, and honestly, it’s a bit of a game-changer. The Whetstone will add an extra attack at the apex of Wylder’s Clawshot ability, imbuing your greatsword with fire as you surge towards your foes.
Not only does this attack do more damage than regular swings, but you’ll also get a really nice 10% damage increase with the flame buff. Wylder is great for dipping in and out of combat, blasting your enemies, and then cycling back until your clawshot recharges.

On top of this, the attack has brilliant tracking, meaning that even if your enemy is running around the arena like a mad chicken, you’ll always be in the fray doing constant damage… unlike some. Not only this, but the Whetstone also gives you a passive physical damage buff. You truly can’t go wrong by equipping this one.

8Vestige of Night
A Tattered Rag, Burned And Worn Down Over A Span Of Time Untold
The Recluse is certainly not an easy class to play. She’s not only extremely squishy, but also has the most complicated abilities in the entire game.
Of course, while her magic cocktail is very powerful, she’s also great at simply blasting her enemies with regular spells from Staves. The Vestige of Night is great here, as you just need to absorb vestiges for it to activate Terra Magicka. You don’t even need to worry about spell combos.
By standing on the blue sigil, you’ll get increased magic damage for any attacks that you use. On top of this, you’ll get a passive Magic Attack power +2 from the relic itself, further empowering your spell damage throughout the game.
7Golden Sprout
A Golden Seed Harboring A Warm Blessing
Oftentimes, while playing as Executor, you’re going to find yourself low on HP as it’s essential to constantly be in the enemy’s face, slashing away. While many players think this Nightfarer is a bit of a solo class, he can also be a great support option when needed.
The Golden Sproutwill upgrade your ultimate’s roar attacks to heal HP every time you use it. And this isn’t just for you, this is for anyone who happens to be near you when you activate it. Not only will this keep you alive, but used correctly, it can save your whole team and allow them to be more aggressive in tandem.
In addition, you’ll be healed when you properly deflect with the cursed sword, and heal those around you when on low health. While you may not see the Executor as a cleric, he can really pull through when the team is in a rough spot.
6Night of the Miasma
A Splinter of Night, From The Freezing Fog
These next two relics are pretty similar, but they’re extremely powerful and can be used by multiple classes to great effect.
Night of the Miasma is the relic you will probably receive first, because Caligo is far easier than the Sentient Pest. This will give you a fantastic weapon skill called Chilling Mist. This will imbue your starting weapon with frostbite, which is arguably one of the most powerful status effects in Nightreign.
This is notably rather broken with Executor and even Duchess, but can be used by other classes too. By upgrading your starter weapon, you won’t need to worry about finding better options, as Nightreign is primarily an experience based on enemy weaknesses and status effects.
These relics give you a significant advantage to start with, and they scale exceptionally well into the endgame.
5Night of the Wise
A Shard Of Dark, From Which Death Leaks
After obtaining the previous relic, theNight of the Wise is your next go-to, as now you’ll be able to use both effects in combination.
These weapon-buffing relics can be put to use by any Nightfarer with good Arcane scaling. I’m looking at you, Ironeye and Executor. Executor in particular can utilse both these relics to gain a total of 3 status effects on his katana: bleed, poison and frostbite. Afflicting all these effects in tandem will result in huge amounts of damage, even at level 1.
In addition, both of these relics will buff your attack power when you’re in range of an enemy that is suffering from the appropriate affliction.
4Edge of Order
A Fragment of the Spear of Fulghor, Champion of Nightglow
If you plan on maining Ironeye, or if you just enjoy playing solo, this is a relic you should shoot for.
Foremost, you will get a large buff to your counterattacks when you stance-break the enemy. Thankfully, this is extremely easy by using your marking ability in conjunction with your ultimate art. If the Ult doesn’t down them, then proccing your mark almost certainly will. Then you’re able to go in for a big counterattack to hopefully finish them off.
On top of this, you’ll get passive bonus damage to any bow that you pick up throughout the game, and your starting bow will gain the holy affinity. This is brilliant for either Gladius or Heolstor, who are both very weak to holy, and saves you from searching for a better weapon.
3Bone-like Stone
A Disturbing Stone With a Distinct Lifelessness
Anyone who’s had any experience playing Recluse knowshow impactful her relics can be. This is, of course, why you should always try and get the remembrance quests done as soon as you can.
The Bone-like Stone is a triple buff relic with 2 ultimate-enhancing effects. First off, upon activation, you will lose a portion of your HP to give yourself a temporary buff to your attack power. And while this seems dangerous, this relic also solves that problem. At the same time, upon activating your ultimate, you’ll also gain bonus max HP to counter the HP loss.
You can either heal immediately after, or just start casting spells, and you’ll get health and FP back by simply hitting the enemy affected by Soulblood Song.
On top of everything, you’ll also have your intelligence increased by +3 just by equipping this relic, giving you even more power to your abilities. This relic gives a bit of everything. I couldn’t imagine Recluse without it.
2Old Portrait
An Intricate Painting of a Girl of Pure Heart
This relic is pretty similar to the last, though it could be even more powerful. This is another relic that gives 3 buffs and significantly changes your ultimate.
Elden Ring Nightreign: Revenant Remembrance Quest Guide
Want to make Elden Ring Nightreign’s Revenant as strong as possible? Use this guide to breeze through her Questline in no time!
While Revenant has always been a bit of a backline Nightfarer, this makes her even more of a healer. Upon ultimate activation, you’ll expend a bunch of your own HP to fully heal any ally that’s near you. You can use this when one teammate is down and another is struggling with their flasks, to give the whole team a fighting chance.
What’s more, is that you’ll cause a massive AoE Ghostflame explosion, which is amazing for taking out a bunch of small mobs, like Freya’s spiders, for example.
With the final buff that gives you more ult charge for killing enemies, you’ll start using your Immortal March far more frequently, and with greater effect. There’s nothing better than when you think the game is over, only for the Revenant to come in and raise everyone back from the dead.
1The Wylder’s Earring
A Single Earring Belonging to The Wylder, Rusted and Encrusted With Grime
It would be a crime not to finish with arguably Nightreign’s most iconic character, and his relics set an example for everyone else to follow.
Remember the best relics are those that alter or enhance your existing abilities, and the Wylder’s earring does this twofold. For one, you’ll get another charge to your clawshot attack, allowing you to use it in quick succession, or for when you’re in a difficult spot. You’ll notice how limiting only one skill use feels when you remove his relic.
What’s more is that, simply by using your ult, you’ll spill fire onto the ground all around your foe. This fire will constantly damage them as long as they’re on top of it—for example, when you’re counterattacking them right after the ult. Use this while communicating with your squad to keep your enemy locked down and unable to fight back.
The final buff improves your regular attack, giving you bonus stamina every time you hit an enemy. This means less time standing around waiting for your stamina to regen, and more time showing the team who’s boss. This is, after all, basically a reward forfinishing the whole game, and its devastating power reflects that fact.
