With each episode of the series, fans are getting introduced to more characters. In episode 5 ofDragon Ball DAIMA,a new character has joined Team Goku, and she’s the most jovial thing you’ve laid your eyes on. Strangely enough, she also seems like an exact copy of Bulma.

Dragon Ball Daima‘s Panzy is an Exact Copy of Bulma

Episode 5 ofDragon Ball DAIMA, introduces Panzy, the princess of the Third Demon World. She is also the daughter of King Kadan. As soon as she gets rescued by Goku, she is quick to form an amicable relationship with him, much like Bulma in the original Dragon Ball anime. She is also extremely adventurous and jovial and joins Goku’s team almost immediately, which is similar to how Bulma accompanied Goku for a long time.

Panzy, being the Princess of the Third Demon World, comes from a somewhat rich parentage. Bulma is the second daughter of the founder of Capsule Corporation and thus comes from a wealthy family. Both these characters don’t think twice before throwing their weights around and have somewhat of a tomboyish and bratty attitude.

Bulma is a master at technology and has created many inventions that helped the Z Warriors in the long run. Panzy also claims to be tech-savvy and accompanies Goku with the excuse that if something happens to the rickety plane, she will be there to fix it. All in all, Bulma and Panzy are pretty similar in their personalities and hobbies, which makes fans think that Panzy might be Bulma’sreplacement.

Will Panzy Replace Bulma inDragon Ball DAIMA?

Panzy is a younger and more jesty version of Bulma inDragon Ball DAIMA.That is if you consider an 82-year-old young. But in her world, she is still a kid given that life expectancy is 1000 years. Bulma no longer goes on adventures with Goku and the gang because she has other priorities as an adult, and she is also a mother. Panzy, on the other hand, is pretty much free from any adult responsibilities and is free to go on adventures with the Z Warriors.

So, isDragon Ballgetting rid of Bulma inDragon Ball DAIMA? Hardly so. Bulma is an iconic character who is set to make a comeback in the anime once they have been fetched to the Third Demon World. Fans speculate that rather than being a replacement, Panzy might become good friends with Bulma due to their shared love for adventures and technology.

Since Bulma has also become a kid version of herself, she might find it even easier to bond with Panzy. They could definitely become the tech-savvy duo who look down on the muscle-brained characters together and judge them. Given that both of them are friendly and kind in nature, they are sure to hit it off fast.

Dragon Ball DAIMAis available to stream on Hulu and Crunchyroll.
