A new trailer has just been released forDiablo 4and its next season, which will be titled Season of the Construct, and from the look of it, we will be getting a lot of new content, mechanics, and dungeons to explore, while having a few quality of life changes.

Diablo 4’s Season of the Construct receives a brand-new trailer.

During this new season, players will have a whole new story that they will be able to explore, which is all related to a character named Zolton Kulle, who players may recognise fromDiablo 3as a character that was resurrected and then murdered by the player, but he had a secret that is now coming to life and being used by the forces of evil.

What Will Be Included in Diablo 4 Season of the Construct?

From what we have seen in the trailer that has been released, there will be a few different pieces of content that will be coming toDiablo 4in its next season. Some of the content that will be coming is a constructed spider companion that will be the main focus of the season, which is called The Seneschal and will be entirely customizable, just like the vampiric abilities that are currently in the game.

There will also be a new dungeon activity that players will be able to take part in, which will be known as The Gauntlet. This new mode will task players with progressing through an ever-lasting dungeon as they choose different doors leading into new sections, and the further they get and the more points they obtain, the higher they will go on the leaderboards that will be coming.

Diablo 4 Season of the Construct introduces a new companion for the season, and it is both adorable and scary for some.

Along with this update, there will also be a new enemy type that will be brought into the game. These new enemies look just like our Seneschal, but the only difference is that they have been corrupted by the main villain of this season and will mainly be encountered in The Gauntlet, but could eventually make an appearance in the open world after season 3 ends.

Unfortunately, there will be no new classes or abilities within this season ofDiablo 4, except for the companion abilities, which come with their own management UI. Since the Seneschal will be the main power focus of this season, there will be many players wondering what use it will be and what we can expect in terms of builds and abilities, and from what we have seen, it looks really interesting.

What Can We Expect From the Seneschal in the Season of the Construct?

At the moment, we do not have exact information about what abilities the Seneschal will have withinDiablo 4, but there has been a small amount of information revealed about its purpose and what we can expect in terms of how useful it will be in combat situations.

One of the main mechanics that is involved with The Seneschal is the fact that it can be used as one of multiple roles within the game. For example, if a player is focusing on heavy damage but feels they are being overwhelmed, they can focus on building the Seneschal so that it is more focused on defense and drawing enemies away from the player.

Along with the option to have your Seneschal protect you like the president, you can also build it so that it can support and heal you as it assists you in battle, boosts your stats, and keeps you alive while the enemies are swarming you.

There will be 40 different stones that you can acquire within the Season of the Construct, which can all do different things and create a unique spider robot that will either bring death to your enemies or keep you alive so you can bring some chaos yourself. However you build your Seneschal, it will be a rather useful tool for any player to use within this season and will create a lot of new opportunities for you to enjoy.
