Rings & amulets inDiablo 3have some of the most impactful damage modifiers of any item slot. With most pieces being interchangeable between your active inventory, Follower, and Kanai’s Cube, collect these jewelry items to wear, give, and extract their power.

Ring & amulet slots make up a big portion of your overall gear loadout. With 3 active gear slots, an additional 3 on your Follower, and another spot in Kanai’s Cube, you need to collect a lot of jewelry. Since there are so many options for rings & amulets to go, ensure to read each entry’s description for information on where to equip these pieces.
10Hellfire Amulet
By visiting Squirt the Peddler in Act 2, you can purchase the Hellfire Amulet crafting design for 100,000 gold. The only craftable Legendary amulet in Diablo 3, the Hellfire Amulet is an amazing option for any character that doesn’t yet have their best-in-slot. The highlight of this item is the random Passive Skill, essentially giving classes a 5th Passive Skill slot.
Each crafted Hellfire Amulet is tuned toward the class that created it, grating a Passive Skill that is applicable to that class. The Hellfire Amulet can’t have its power extracted into Kanai’s Cube and doesn’t do much for your Follower, so you should equip it.

9Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac
For classes that rely on their spells to be off cooldown to navigate the depths of Sanctuary, an Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac is the perfect option. Several builds center on this best-in-slot ring, reducing the remaining cooldown of 1 skill by 1 second when hitting with a resource-spending attack.
In addition to its major benefit, this ring also grants Reduced Cooldowns, Attack Speed, Critical Hit Chance, and Reduced Resource Costs. Particularly good for classes with high Attack Speed, Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac has a wealth of good stats. This ring is perfect in an active gear slot, but can also be viable in Kanai’s Cube.

8Oculus Ring
The Oculus Ring is the perfect Follower companion, adding value to your partner by allowing them to buff you. The main benefit of an Oculus Ring is its ability to create an area of focused power that increases damage by 70-85% for all standing within it. Essentially, wearers of the Oculus Ring periodically spawn circles on the ground that increase damage for allies.
Items on your Follower should focus on crowd control, debuffing the enemy, or providing buffs to you. The Oculus Ring isn’t great to wear or have in Kanai’s Cube, but it’s one of the best Follower options.

7Squirt’s Necklace
The favorite necklace for all glass cannons, Squirt’s Necklace is a give-and-take amulet that balances risk vs. reward. The essence of Squirt’s Necklace lies in its Secondary stat: ‘while not taking damage, damage dealt is increased by up to 100% and damage taken is increased by up to 50%’.

If you’re able to avoid taking damage, Squirt’s Necklace essentially just increases all damage by 100%. If you play a squishy character, be aware that this amulet will also ramp up damage taken until you get hit by a big blast.
Aside from the Oculus Ring, the other best-in-slot Follower ring is Unity. Another Follower item that provides a buff for you, this ring splits all damage between everyone wearing a Unity. When you wear one and give another to your Follower, you get a tremendous amount of survivability.

The only downside to Unity is that it will take up one of your active item slots. If your build can free up a ring slot, having a Unity set can make pushing Solo Greater Rifts much more manageable.
5Endless Walk
The Endless Walk is a 2-piece Set that requires The Compass Rose ring and The Traveler’s Pledge amulet. When you have these two items equipped, Endless Walk gives you the Set bonus - ‘while moving, damage taken is reduced by up to 50%; while standing still, damage dealt is increased by up to 100%’.
This bonus is aperfect combination for most classes, granting a defensive boost while you’re moving and an offensive boost when you stop to attack. Not applicable for Whirlwind Barbs, Strafe Demon Hunters, or Tempest Rush Monks, the only requirement for this Set is that you need to plant your feet before you attack.

4Bastions of Will
Focus and Restraint are a two-ring Set that is just as powerful and versatile as the Endless Walk. When wearing both rings, the Bastions of Will grant 50% increased damage for hitting with either a resource-spending or resource-generating attack.
In practice, you just need to cycle between using resource-spending and resource-generating attacks, using at least one of each attack type every 5 seconds. Doing this will increase your damage by 100% at all times. Since most classes need to do this type of rotation anyway, Focus and Restraint don’t require much from you and give you big benefits in return.
3The Flavor Of Time
The Flavor of Time makes use of the powerful item stat ‘Emanates’ - granting the ability of the item to benefit your character when it’s equipped on your Follower. This amulet is the best option you’re able to get for your Follower, as it provides a huge bonus to you while not taking up one of your active gear slots.

When you start pushing the higher Greater Rifts, Pylons become a necessary boost to clear new benchmarks. Doubling the uptime of Pylons, The Flavor of Time is an incredibly powerful buff that makes grinding any Rifts much easier.
2Ring Of Royal Grandeur
Every character has access to powerful Set items that grant enormous bonuses for wearing a certain number of pieces of a specific Set. When you equip a Ring of Royal Grandeur, you lower the required number of Set items that need to be equipped to gain its bonuses.
Perfect in Kanai’s Cube, or can be worn just as effectively, a Ring of Royal Grandeur is crucial to several high-end builds in Diablo 3. Freeing up an item slot is an incredibly powerful bonus that makes Ring of Royal Grandeur irreplaceable for certain gear combinations.
1Convention Of Elements
The most powerful and versatile ring in Diablo 3 is the Convention Of Elements. Viable for nearly every character and good as an equipped or extracted power, everyone should have at least 1 Convention Of Elements.
The major perk of this ring is that it increases an elemental damage type by 150-200% for 4 seconds, rotating through all elemental types. There are 7 variations of elemental damage: Arcane, Cold, Fire, Holy, Lightning, Physical, and Poison. If your build focuses on one elemental damage type, you will get up to a 200% damage increase for 4 seconds every 24 seconds.
