As excited as we all are for the 11th episode ofDemon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc, we are equally saddened by the fact that episode 11 is going to serve as the finale of this season, and there will be no new Demon Slayer episodes after that (for while, at least). However, to compensate for the loss, the creators have decided to make the last episode kind of like a short movie, with 70 minutes of run time. On top of that, it was recently rumored that Demon Slayer season 4 is currently in production. Although the news is not confirmed yet, we can expect to get the official announcement after the finale episode starts airing.

What Happened Previously On Demon Slayer?
The battle continued, and Mitsuri successfully sliced off the attacking dragons, but as she cornered the demon and attempted to behead it, she was attacked by the demon’s powerful sonic attack. Seizing the opportunity, Zohakuten prepared to kill Mitsuri, and she got a flashback of her past, living with her loving family and her early development of extraordinary strength, along with her distinct hair color and insatiable appetite. However, these traits resulted in her failed marriage, leaving her in self-doubt. As a result, she started behaving like normal girls her age, but with time, she realized that she was betraying her true nature, after which she decided to become a Demon Slayer and find someone stronger than her.
Mitsuri regained consciousness in time, learning that Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya protected her from the demon’s attack. She apologized as a Hashira and expressed her unwavering dedication to protecting the Demon Slayer Corps. Motivated by her past, Mitsuri started battling Zohakuten again, this time with enhanced skills and more powerful attacks, which amazed Zohakuten. That’s when he noticed a strange mark on her neck, revealing her awakened Demon Slayer Mark.
On the other hand, Tanjiro and the others followed the main body. Zohakuten tried to stop them, but Mitsuri stood in his way. While struggling to extract the main body from the large wooden chunk, Genya revealed the astonishing power of his jaws, tearing apart the wooden monster with his teeth in order to gain demonic powers. After chopping the wooden chunk, they witnessed that Hantengu had fled again, but they found him soon and chased him again.
