Unlike Ripperdocs, there is a scarcity of Netrunners in Cyberpunk 2077, with only 7 Netrunners in the entire game that the player can buy services from. They function like any regular shop, requiringeddiesin payment for their services.

Only two unnamed Netrunners are available as vendors right from the start of the game. All of the rest require a small quest associated with them to be completed before they’re available to sell Quickhacks to V.

Netrunner(Japantown)
You’ll find the Netrunner’s shop as soon as you enter theDewdrop Inn near Skyline and Salinasfast travel point.
Netrunner(Vista Del Rey)
Unlocked after finishing anNCPD Hustle in the Vista Del Rayarea. To trigger this event, you might need to visit the area in person. After completing this Hustle, a female Netrunner will open up shop in theDewdrop Inn below Megabuilding H5. Don’t worry if the Netrunner doesn’t appear right away; it takes seven in-game days for her to appear.
Netrunner(Pacifica)
You’ll find a marketinside Batty’s Hotel. The Netrunner’s shop is located to theleft of the entrance.
Chang-Hoon Nam(Japantown)
Unlocked after completingGig: Wakako’s Favoritesuccessfully. You’ll need to save Chang-Hoon Nam from his predicament, or he’ll die in captivity, unable to set up shop. Find his shopnear the Megabuilding H8in the underground area. He’s hidden quite well in the back alleys.
Yoko(Kabuki)
Yoko isT-bug’s friendand one of the first Netrunners you’ll meet story-wise. You’ll find Yoko’s shop on theupper level of the Kabuki Market, with a red neon sign out front.
Nix(Little China)
You’ll need togo through Nix’s quest lineand save him at the end to unlock him as a vendor. Even then, you’ll only be allowed to browse through his wares if you have20 Intelligence. You’ll find him atAfterlife in Little China.
Sammy Taylor(EBM Petrochem Stadium)
Find theNighthawk Stadiumin the middle of Dogtown and find theunderground market. Sammy Taylor is one of the vendors setting up shop in this area.
How To Unlock Higher Tier Quickhacks
Even though you’ll find Netrunners in Cyberpunk 2077 fairly simply, they won’t sell you their most powerful Quickhacks easily. Some of thebest Quickhacks in the game are locked behind a Street Cred scorethat you’ll need to attain in order to unlock a Netrunner’s premium stock.
