New League Play Maps

With the start of Stage 2 of theCall of DutyLeague 2021, Treyarch has added two new maps into the rotation,  Apocalypse and Express. The inclusion of these new maps will only be for certain game modes, Apocalypse will be Hardpoint only, while Express will be Search and Destroy only.

With two new maps being rotated in, two maps must also be rotated out. Crossroads will be removed, along with Garrison.

E-Tool Melee Weapon Changes

The E-Tool is a melee weapon that has only recently been introduced toÂCold War,Âbut fans weren’t happy with how un-fulfilling the weapon was in terms of power. Unlike most of the melee weapons inÂCall of DutyÂgames, the E-Tool is a two-hit kill, but that looks like it’s about to change.

After fans repeatedly begged Treyarch to change the E-tool to a one-hit kill, Treyarch responded to a fan on Twitter hinting towards that change taking place in today’s playlist update.

Treyarch has also statedthat there’s a full weapon tuning pass coming in the next major update. The date for that update is yet to be confirmed.
