Not long after parting ways with John Cena, Nikki Bella reconnected withDancing with the Starsalum Artem Chigvintsev, whom she initially met during their stint together in season 25 of the reality show. It also didn’t take them long to make their relationship official, and unlike John Cena, who wasn’t open to kids, Chigvintsev, on the flip side, embraced the idea of starting a family with Bella.
While things were looking perfect, with them even welcoming a son prior to tying the knot, things have now taken an ugly turn, as Bella allegedly can’t even recognize the man she once loved.

In a shocking turn of events, a month after Artem Chigvintsev’s arrestover domestic violencecharges, who was released on a $25,000 bond, Nikki Bella filed for divorce on September 11. While the former Divas champion has refused to shed light on it publically, she did cite“irreconcilable differences”as the reasoning behind the divorce filing.

However, a new source has offered someinsightinto the troubling situation, alleging that the WWE superstar can’t even recognize Artem as the person she married.

The Insider alleged that Bella’s sister, Brie Garcia, found Chigvintsev’s controlling behavior troubling. Moreover, per the source, Bella is done with theDancing with the Starsalum for good, and even though the former put a lot of work into making things work, the WWE superstar apparently feels“she has no other choice”.
Nikki hoped that counseling would help get them to a healthier place. She didn’t want to break the family up, but then Artem crossed the line, and now she feels she has no other choice.
The source further added that Bella is now looking to end things with Chigvintsev as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Responding to Bella’s divorce filing, Chigvintsev hasrequestedspousal support from the WWE superstar while urging the judge to terminate her ability to receive a similar deal. On the other hand, Bella has petitioned for the termination of spousal support for both parties and has requested legal and physical custody of their son.
