Getting married, having her first child and Green Day gaining momentum seemed to all happen overnight. The couple was in for a wild ride from the get-go, and Adrienne admitted toMankato Free Press, that it took them years to get a hang of things.
“It was completely overwhelming. We were just trying to navigate it all — it was a bumpy ride for sure. It took years for us to find our footing. … But sometimes I think it was all those trials that made us stronger and brought us to where we are today.”

Pursuing her childhood interest in fashion, Armstrong also found Adeline Street as an extension of Adeline Records. Initially a basic band merchandise, Adeline Street took off in 2005, transforming into a men’s and women’s clothing line.
