Twitch streamerPromptTheStealthPatcherhas broken aCall of DutyZombies record that was previously thought to be impossible. Earlier this week, the streamer reached round 100 solo on Black Ops' Call of The Dead map, becoming the first person to complete the monumental achievement on the now 13 year old title.
According to the counter in the top left of the stream, the record took over 61 hours to beat. Although, you’ll be pleased to know that the streamer took multiple breaks, with seven different streams spanning across the course of nearly a week.

So, what makes this achievement so special? If you’re just a casual Call of Duty Zombies fan, you might not see what all of the fuss is about. Well, Call of The Dead was one of the few remaining Call of Duty Zombies maps where a player had not reached round 100 solo. While it has been done in co-op, this marks the first time a player has accomplished it on their own.
There remains to be some debate among the Call of Duty community on whether or not this was the final map to reach round 100 solo, as many believe Nuketown, Farm, and Depot have yet to see a solo player achieve round 100 on them. Either way, this is still an impressive accomplishment that took 13 years to pull off.
If you’re wondering why this feat was previously thought to be impossible, that’s reportedly due to the map’s reset timer and the lack of infinitely damaging weapons. But, thanks to a new strat that was discovered a few months ago, Prompt became the first player to use it in order to break the record.
