Leonardo DiCaprio is known for his remarkable acting talent and stellar performances. TheTitaniclead took Hollywood by a storm with his phenomenal performances in numerous critically acclaimed movies. However, the actor also became infamous owing to controversies that surrounded his personal life.
A popular scandal that remained attached with DiCaprio’s name was his alleged dating preference. The actor was often linked with partners who were much younger than him, most of them being either 25 or below in age. This gave him the stereotype of allegedly dating only women who were under the specific age-bracket. One scandal though has nothing to do with the actor’s dating choice, rather his professional behavior came under attack.

However, what shocked the viewers were the alleged emails between Sony execs, celebrities, and producers. According toDaily Beastthe emails detailed several interactions between and about some of the most well-known names in Hollywood.
These leaks allegedly revealedAmy Pascal,co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment and her views about theTitanicstar. Pascal allegedly didn’t hold favorable view forLeonardo DiCaprioand it did not pertain to his dating scandal.

The supposed conversation between Pascal and Mark Gordon, referenced the 2015 movieSteve Jobsin which DiCaprio was approached to play the titular character. The latter refused and instead opted forThe Revenant, which allegedly did not amuse Pascal.
The harsh words from the co-chairman for theWolf of the Wall Streetactor revealed a different side of the industry. Most fans were bemused on reading the content, not sure whether to believe the source or not.

The plethora of emails also allegedly exposed other celebrities and their relationship with Sony Entertainment. Some emails took shots atWillowandJaden Smith, the children ofWill Smith,even though he had a long-standing relationship with the production house.
Another star who was mentioned wasRyan Gosling,though Pascal allegedly held an admirable view of theBarbieactor. Emails pertaining to him indicated to their positive relationship and she also praised the actor.
