One Elden Ring Player Has Only Just Found One of the Best Shields in the Game, and This Is Why Its the Best.
According to a recent post onRedditby the user Oldeluke, there is one item they have only just managed to find, which can make theirShadow of the Erdtreeexperience so much easier. The item in question is the Great Turtle Shell shield, which is quite a funny and formidable shield to use.
For anyone who has playedElden Ring, you will be familiar with the turtle shells in the game, as enemy turtles are practically unkillable. This is represented in this shield, as originally, back whenElden Ringwas released, it used to negate 100% of the damage, creating an impenetrable fortress that couldn’t be broken through even by the strongest of enemies.

Now this has been changed, and the shield no longer has this protection, as it has now been reduced by a rather marginal amount. Even though the Great Turtle Shield is a brilliant addition to anyone’s build inElden Ring, to make it even better, players should look towards pairing it with the Great Turtle Talisman, as this also increases the recovery rate of stamina.
Pairing these two items together, along with other items that the player chooses, you will become an unstoppable force of nature as you attempt to fight your way through the lands between without even stopping to take a breath.
